I do not think this is medulloblastoma or anaplastic oligodendroglioma. There are many calcospherites that suggest this was or is a low grade neoplasm. Some of the neoplastic cells between small blood vessels have features suggestive of neuronal differentiation. Though mitotic figures seem easy to find (one high-power view shows tow mitoses) and there is focal necrosis, I suspect this may be a WHO grade II ganglioglioma or grade III anaplastic ganglioglioma. Are there eosinophilic granular bodies in the lesion? Oligodendroglioma is extremely rare in cerebellum.
