My suggestion is that you should order CD3, CD20, Kappa, Lambda etc., to highlight the pattern and rule out plasma cell disease. The differential diagnosis I think should include marginal zone lymphoma, Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, less likely Sj246;gren’s syndrome or other reactive condition. It really looks like a low grade B-cell lymphoma. If immunostain is not that much helpful, you should do IgH gene arrangement to confirm.
