A：淋巴结转移性印戒细胞癌，排除胃肠道等来源后考虑乳腺来源
B：（左乳）淋巴结内见分泌粘液的癌，可符合印戒细胞癌。需进一步
行如ER，PR，neu，Mammoglobin，GCDFP-15，TTF1, PE10, CDX2 染色判断癌的来源。
C：小叶癌，淋巴结转移，待标记。
D： Metastatic carcinoma with mucinous features
E： metastatic adenocarcinoma with signet ring cell features,
morphorlogically, can be consistent with breast primary, but metastasis from other primary sites
need to be ruled out.
F：原发或转移性粘液细胞癌
G：淋巴结内转移的粘液腺癌。1.来自乳腺？ 2.消化道？
H：淋巴结转移性印戒细胞癌，排其他器官来源，如消化道。
