From the peripheral blood smear we can see myeloid cells from all different stages. Rare blasts are noted (in the first photo) . Increased abnormal basophils are present. It is most likely to be a CML. However, the diagnosis should be, favor chronic myeloproliferative disease, CML, confirm by cytogenetic study (t9:22), FISH for t9:22, or PCR for BCR/ABL fusion gene. If confirmed, this would be a CML, chronic phase. If not, it may represent an atypical CML, or chronic myeloproliferative disease, unclassifiable, whichever you like. It is very unlikely to be a reactive process.
