No much difference.
浸润性大汗腺癌 is a subtype of invasive ductal ca. If all tumor cells or almost all have apocrine features you call 浸润性大汗腺癌. If part have apocrine features you can call IDC with apocrine features.
浸润性大汗腺癌 genrally are negative for ER, PR, about half positive for Her2.
Treatment is similar to that of IDC. Clinically it is not very important what you call 浸润性大汗腺癌 or IDC with apocrine features.
