希望得到乳腺癌中关于ER、PR、Her-2、Ki-67、P53的免疫组化的结果判定较统一的报告格式，非常感谢！

 It will depend on the hospitals and depend on the communication with your doctors

ER, PR: we use H score considering the % positivity and also the intensity of the stains

Her -2: Should be the same, positive (score 3), equvical (score 2, need to do FISH), negative (score 0-1)

Ki67, %

P53, no meaning to do the stain 

 ER, PR, Her2 stains and report are very important to patients's treatment, prognosis. You should find a book to read or attend some class.

Even you know the standard report system, you will meet the problem how to score them in your practice

赵老师，您好，谢谢您的指点，ER,PR'Her-2的免疫组化结果判定我在中华病理杂志的2010年第5期看到了，我们基本上是按照其上的标准执行的，但我查不到Ki-67的百分比判定方法，科里意见也不统一，有的是整张切片内的百分比，有的是找多个高倍视野取均值，有的写（+%），有的写（>%），请问有较统一的书写标准吗？
