for me: 

Positive for malignant cells,

possible lymphoma

all single cells, some are good preserved malignant cells(large ones), some are dead cells (small ones)with necrotic backgroud, favour lymphoma;
Germ cell tumor also should be considered, but no prominant, big nucleoli easy to be identified;
