 间变性少枝胶质细胞瘤（anaplastic oligodendroglioma，WHO Grade Ⅲ）

低倍有蜂窝样改变，钙化是少枝的特点

Cellularity is high, and I can see mitoses easily. The differential disgnoses include WHO grade II or WHO grade III anaplastic oligodendroglioma and extraventricular neurocytoma (WHO grade II or III). Though oligodendroglioma is favored, I would do synaptophysin immunostain to make sure this is not a neurocytoma. I would also do MIB-1 to see if the labeling index is high enough to support a WHO grade III tumor. Look forward to hearing more from you.

  间变性少突胶质细胞瘤一般强调细胞密集，异型明显，或多形瘤巨细胞，有坏死灶及血管内皮增生。或者有下列三种情况之一：（1）梭形细胞增生为主，有分化好的部分。（2）未分化成分较多。（3）细胞异型明显或瘤巨细胞较多。
