Endometrial cells.  Suggest endometrial biopsy.  Presence of endometrial cells in postmenopausal women is abnormal.  With clinical history of bleeding, an endometrial biopsy is waranted.

Poor fixation.  Cannot appreciate cytologic details, therefore cannot coment on cytologic atypia.
