Presence of hemosiderin-laden macrophages within plical stroma is the feature of so-called " Pigmentosis Tubae (输卵管色素沉着症？）"。 I am not sure my translation is correct. This is a rare condition usually asociated with surgery for sterilization, chronic pain or other benign disease. It should be differentiated from metastatic RCC which we have one recently with renal clear cell carcinoma metastasized to tubal mucosa, a condition seen very very rarely.
皱襞的间质内出现含有含铁血黄素的巨噬细胞，这是所谓的" Pigmentosis Tubae (输卵管色素沉着症？）"的特征。不知道我的翻译是否准确。这是一种罕见情形，与绝育手术、慢性疼痛或其它良性病变有关。应当与转移性肾细胞癌（RCC）鉴别，我们最近见到一例肾的透明细胞癌转移到输卵管粘膜，这是非常非常罕见的情形。 --abin译（谢谢杨斌老师纠正翻译错误，已经更新）
