很像增生间皮细胞，但有很清楚的胃窦印戒细胞癌病史，加上个别细胞核有一定的异型，因此对我来说两者很难鉴别。

 确实很像增生间皮细胞。

 最好，先别写病史让大家猜一猜。

 This is a very homogeneous pattern without other components, such as inflammatory cells and histiocytes. When you have this kind of pattern, you are deal with either a mesothelioma or mespthelioma-like metastatic carcinoma. In peritoneal washing or acites, the most common primary cancer is gastric signet ring cell carcinoma. With history in this case, you almost have no other choices, but to call "Positive for malignancy, metastatic carcinoma with signet ring features, consistent with the patient's known gastric primary"

 看上去像大部分像是间皮细胞呀，还有个别的吞噬细胞？

 

 细胞还是有异型的，再加上有胃癌病史，所以必须先除外印戒细胞癌才能作出其它诊断。

如果不能确定，可以再抽腹水富集细胞制成蜡块进行免疫标记。
