当然一个图很难说, 但是这种腺体结构加上好多细胞有鞋钉样表现(the cells lining the glands have hobnail appearance) , 要小心透明细胞癌 (clear cell carcinoma).  透明细胞癌的细胞浆也可以是红的eosinophilic cytoplasm.

This is a very interesting case. Please provide couple low power pictures, especially the junction between this "change" from the normal. I see some foamy histiocytes in second picture. Presence of foamy histiocytes in EM biopsy is always the alarming sign and should rule out pathologic abnormality.  Another important clinical symptom is that she is presumably PMD (postmenopausal bleeding). If she is PMD, secretory change can be rule out. I will provide further discussion when I see more photos of this case.
