Agree.
One of the most difficult areas in em=ndometrial bx is to distinguish complex atypical hyperplasia and focal endometrial ca in the background of complex atypical hyperplasia. Some cases are borderline cases and the diagnosis is subjective even though there are some criteria.
I do not see evidence for carcinoma for this case.
