Xray: multilocular or unilocular radiolucency in posterior mandible or maxilla; but maybe any position in jaw.

Micro: mildly verrucous, 6-10 cell thick, keratinizing, stratified squamous epithelium; prominent palisading basal cell layer, fibrous connective wall often is separated from epithelium; also daughter cysts with undulating tortuous projections of cyst.
