This is a case of metastatic carcinoma of nonsmall cell type. I do not believe this is metastatic melanoma. Immunohistochemistry is needed for further characterization. I would include AE1, TTF1, uroplakin, and p63 to start with.

这是一例非小细胞性转移癌。我不认为这是一例转移性恶黑。需要免疫组化来做进一步鉴别。可以从AE1, TTF1, uroplakin, P63这几项着手。
