The photos show a necrotic malignant neoplasm with suboptimal histology - most viable cells have a degenerated appearance that might or might not have to do with poor fixation and/or tissue processing. The massive necrosis made interpretation of immunostains difficult due to high background. Of the immunostains shown, GFAP and synaptophysin appear positive. As for the rest, I am not certain how to interpret them. It would be difficult to render a valid opinion base on these information. It would be easier if we have better histology.
