以下是引用mjma在2010-8-14 21:05:00的发言: This is a case of WHO grade IV glioblastoma. Perivascular cuffing by malignant cells is frequently seen in CNS large B cell lymphoma, CNS melanocytoma/melanoma, and metastases, but some glioblastomas can display this feature very distinctly. Glioblastomas usually show very infiltrative borders (see photo 7) and pseudopalisaded tumor necrosis. The small tumor cells in photos 7~10 suggest an oligodendroglioma component, but no other characteristic features of oligodendroglioma (perinuclear halos, mucinous microcysts, delicate capillaries, minigemistocytes, calcospherites) are seen. |
