单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤= Intraepidermal forms of poroma (hidroacanthoma simplex) are generally flat or slightly raised brownish lesions that often involve the lower extremities of older women. There may be a slightly verrucous surface suggesting seborrheic keratosis. Other variants of poroma usually present as papules or nodules on the distal extremities, including the palms and soles, but they may be seen in any location.
The surface may be keratotic or eroded and often suggests a verruca, pyogenic granuloma, or amelanotic melanoma. Children are potentially affected, as well as adults
of all ages. Entirely dermal variants (dermal duct tumor) of poroma are usually nondescript papules or nodules.
