1溃疡周边可不可以是这种反应

2 如果不可以定瘤变吗？ 够高级别用癌变吗？还是瘤变更好

3 定瘤变是还考虑溃疡因素吗？标准一样吗？

Gastric ulcer with aytpical epithelium. Very inflammed specimen. Focally extensive lymphoplamocytes, and histocytes.

Differential diagnosis:  Reactive atypia (favored) and moderate dysplasia. No invasive process is seen.
