46岁，这个是挖空还是核周晕？组织学结果出来了，我们这病理标本是外送的，送市中心医院，这个病例的结果是CIN∥累及腺体。液基开始我是怀疑是挖空细胞，但不够典型，最终主任报了非典型上皮，意义不明。，但我送结果时跟临床医生多说了一句话，建议她做个阴道镜，

Totally wrong.
If the atypical squamous cells with some, but not all features of LSIL, you call ASC-US.
If the atypical squamous cells with some, but not all features of HSIL, you call ASC-H

I totally agree with your dx LSIL-H. However I cannot agree with your reason. Generally nucleoli are absent in both LSIL and HSIL cells. HSIL cells with prominent nucleoli are suggestive invasive ca.
I checked photo 10 and 17 and did not find nuceloli in these cells.What you thought nucleoli may be chromocenters.
