Do you know the clinical information of the patient? Are there enlarged lymph nodes or spleen? The large cells are relatively concentrated in some areas, and there are several atypical lymphoid aggregates. You should do CD3, CD20, PAX-5 to rule out lymphoma involvement. If the lymphoid markers are negative in the large cells, MDS-RAEB is a likely diagnosis. You need count the blasts in peripheral blood and marrow aspirate. If there is no aspirate, do CD34 or CD117 stains on the core.
You should decal the core biopsy longer for better section.
