妊娠期宫颈息肉内腺体A-S反应
Yes. It is A-S reaction. Easy to be called atypia. The ddx include adenocarcinoma, especially clear cell ca. I pasted this case and want to people to compare this case with Dr. Jin's cervical clear cell ca. Then you can have a better understanding these lesions.

该例是A-S反应。很容易被称为不典型。鉴别诊断包括腺癌，尤其是透明细胞腺癌。我贴出此例是想让大家与Dr. Jin提供的那例透明细胞癌相比较。然后会对这样的病变有更好的理解
