镜检：大部分为出血期宫内膜，腺体有分泌反应。局灶约直径0.4厘米区域如图

 学浅兄给我们看的主要是腺体周围的间质腺体无特殊。

间质亲上皮性生长（靠近腺体的间质细胞密度高，呈袖套状），这种生长方式需要排除腺纤维瘤或腺肉瘤。

好在病变很小“局灶约直径0.4厘米区域”，可建议密切随访。

 Some cells in the stroma look like plasma cells.  If they are indeed plasma cells (cannot be sure from photos), it is chronic endometritis.

Menstrual phase endometrium means postovulatory breakdown with pseudodecidualized stroma and secretoroy glands.  Don't see any menstrual phase tissue here. The glands are inactive with tubal metaplasia, stroma with fibrosis., could be lower uterine endometrium.
