是否是溃疡恶变,没必要管他,毕竟溃疡恶变的诊断要求比较高

Impression: Atypical proliferation with focal complex/irregular glands. The lesion appears confined within the laminar propria.

Diagnosis: at least high grade dysplasia/intramucosal carcinoma, without definitive invasion to the submucosa as shown in the photos.

Minimal contents of the pathological report for cases like this:

1) if it is a biopsy specimen: it should also includes if there are any chronic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, or  H. pylori.

2) if it is a resection specimen: it should includes the size of the lesion, any lymphatic invasion, depth of the invasion if any, lymph node metastasis, resection margins, in addition to the context of a biopsy report.
