Agree. Feel it is a benign.
If you are not sure, stain Ki67 and P16. In most high grade squamous lesions or cervical AIS or adenocarcinoma both markers are strongly and difusely positive (ki67-nuclei). If both are negative or scattered positive,the chance of high grade cervical lesions (both squamous or galndular) are extramely low.
Agree. My impression is florid microglandular hyperplasia. I would do p16 and Ki-67. |

现有图片里，虽然有的视野（有的腺体）像微腺性增生，但有的腺体并不“微小”，甚至是不规则扩张的，而且腺上皮细胞核有明显异型性。所以单从图片看，让人很不放心。因图片视野比较局限，希望多上传几张扫描倍数的图片，以便显示异常宫颈管内膜与宫颈管壁的关系。
