Strange cancer. Glands look like mucinous, but entire morphology is not like mucinous tumor.

I would like to stain myopeithelial markers to see if there are some in situ cancer.

Do some stains and know the history to exclude metastatic tumor.

If we are sure it is a invasive tumor and it is breast primary, the type is not very important. You can think more later for the type of invasive cancer.
