I think this is a case of benign hemangioma with old hemorrhage, recent extravasation, and nonspecific associated chronic inflammation. There are many small-calibered vascular channels, including small arteries, veins and sinusoidal capillaries. I do not see atypia in the endothelial lining to suspect angiosarcoma. There are no features of benign or malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.
