Small monotonous lymphocytes with effaced architecture.  Suggest immunostains or fresh tissue for flow cytometry to rule out a low grade lymphoma. 

Are there foamy cells between lymphocytes? Or just fixation artifact.?  We usually receive fresh tissue for lymph node biopsy.  Surgeons or whoever do the biopsy should be informed of that.  And we should do a touch prep with fresh node and make a quick judgement if we should send fresh tissue for flow.  I am sure a touch prep from this node would warrant  a flow.  Even if the touch prep looks bening/reactive lymphoid tissue or even better, you see metastatic ca, we still save fresh tissue in RPMI for possible later use.

We fix lymph node in regular formalin, never had any problem.
