From the photos this 4 cm cystic, probably ovarian lesion is a serous borderline tumor. I would make sure there is no neoplastic involvement of ovarian (cystic) external surface, and there is no cytologic atypia or stromal invasion by the serous lining epithelia. So far I do not see these features suggestive of malignancy.

囊性肿块，有明显的乳头结构，浆液性上皮，无明显细胞异型和间质浸润。
诊断：交界性浆液性乳头状囊腺瘤。
