加一点：注意有的部位有表面上皮，上皮下只有间质细胞，没有腺体，这提示粘膜下子宫肌瘤。在子宫切除样本中学习，在子宫内膜活检或诊刮中运用，有时肌瘤就是宫血的原因。

Sometimes we see agandular endometrial tissue with only surface epithelium and stroma, this finding is suggestive of submucosal leiomyoma.  When you have a hysterectomy specimen like this case, you learn how to recognize it.  Of course you don't need to know this to diagnose submucosal leiomyoma in hysterectomy.  But in EM biopsy and curettings, recognizing agandular endometrium and its meaning can provide clinician an explanation for abnormal bleeding.
