我也觉得能独档一面的病理医师才是真正所谓的病理医师，但是，问题是医院编制点人数时，那些无法独档一面的病理医师也算人头的啊，不仅他们算人头，请假的、外出进修的等等只要册上有的都算，与国外不同的是我们刚刚毕业的几乎都是没有足够专科经验的是待培训的。而且，有些地方的状态是连点人数的都不够数，不相信，我带你们参观一二，呵呵。
医学生找不到工作并不等于医院不缺人，医院缺的是能独档一面的人，圈外人确实无法理解缺人而又不招人是一种怎样的状态。
不仅缺医师，还缺护士，特别是注册护士。

I can tell another idea. There is never happen in west developed countries in hundereds years, medical students can not find a job. But in china, it happende only 30 years after opening and reform. It similarly show the communist's advantage.

I am very poor in Pinyin and very slowly wrote in Chinese character. It is reason why I write in English, although my English is not very good.
I do not think there are not enough pathologists in China. It is already too many now or even become worse in the future. If want more money, you should work hard and stop complaining. When I graduated with bachelor degree of clinical medicine 10 years ago, there was not job without relation and bribe. I did not complain too much and went over sea directly.
There are already some private labs in china, but I do not agree with their business model. The over sea pathologist similar can not make a lots money if they are under Chinese model. Opening a lab will be better then giving your money, because it is longer term benefit.

病理科在医院里是边缘科室，分奖金时领导说，你们效益不高嘛，但是，病理科真想与医院脱离，肯定人家说了，你们医技楼的都赚钱，想脱离关系可不行。
9楼是想要投资，还是不错的构想，就象金域、艾迪康，毕竟都算是正经营着，经营得还行。
目前，不论是公司还是医院，几乎没有不缺医生的，而且是严重短缺，无从补起。
社会上人家孩子学医的，都是印象中医师赚大钱才凭着高分学医，凭什么不学临床要学病理，病理又没钱又累，分数上不了临床的，不学临床也可以学别的，凭什么一定非学病理。
学基础的想要改临床，不小心改错了，入了病理，或当初调济调入了病理，结果现如今还不能拿执照。
凡此种种，近期内还想后继有人，难免流于比较主观了。
都没人了，科室想要扩大规模，还想要开公司，全白搭。
之前，还听抱怨怎么都是女生，现在，中小医院大概连个女生也招不着了。
这么看来学病理也不错，绝对无失业之忧。只是，从业的，多数抱怨处于“饿不死，吃不饱”的状态。
