Maybe endometrial cells with degenerative changes.   31 years old is too young to have endometrial tumor.

If really unsure (real slide may be better in coming into a definitive interpretation), report atypical glandular cells.  In the comment, give differential consideration of degenerated endometrial cells in menstral phase smear.  Suggest clinical correalteion.  HPV test would be helpful too.  If HPV is negative, i would think these cells are endometrial cells.
