This malignancy shows tumor pseudopalisaded necrosis and vascular proliferation, consistent with a WHO grade IV neoplasm, probably glioblastoma. The unlikely possibility of anaplastic oligodendroglioma is not favored bu cellular pleomorphism and spindle cell area (figure 10), but the possibility of gliosarcoma needs to be ruled out by thorough microscopic examination. These figures are not taken in focus, and could be improved easily.
