老年女性，病史短，先了解病史是原发还是转移？有无手术病史？1、原发：脐尿管癌（似有粘液细胞）？汗腺肿瘤？2、转移：肠癌？生殖系统肿瘤：卵巢腺癌、子宫内膜癌？等。

 Metastatic adenocarcinoma.  Yes, it is called Sister Mary Joseph's nodule.  It is so named because it was first found in a nun Sister Mary Joseph, also refered as Sister Joseph's nodule.  You may be confused because Joseph is a male's name, how it is also used in a nun.  Nun (female) could have first name Joseph.   I have said this before.  Mostly primary tumors are from GYN and GI.

Ironically i saw a case of Sister Mary Joseph's nodule today, the patient's first name is indeed Joseph, and his primary tumor is stomach, status post gastrectomy 2 years ago.

此次组织免疫组化：CK(+)、EMA(+)、CK7(+)、CK20(-)、CDX-2(-)、CK19(++)、Villin(++)、CK18(++)、CD10(-),TTF-1(-)、Ki-67(阳性细胞25～50%)。
建议检查消化道及肝胆系统。
