With diffuse and massive infiltration by small lymphocytes like the photos depict, one has to consider small lymphocytic lymphoma and, less likely due to the relatively young patient age, leukemic infiltration (such as CLL). Immunohistochemistry and/or flow cytometry analysis is needed.

2）Burkitt 淋巴瘤
3）粒细胞肉瘤
4）粘膜相关淋巴瘤？
5）其他？
