 上皮细胞异型性大，不能轻易放过，要多取材看看。

I agree with Dr. Jiang - this case shows severe inflammation and the ductal epithelia are atypical with macronucleoli. While reactive atypia is the most likely nature seen, careful search of any other atypical focus is needed. Foreign body granulomas suggest this is the site of a recent needle core biopsy or another type of surgical procedure.

 agree with Dr  mjma  that most likely it is a bengin reactive process.
