It seems that there are koilocytes. If you see definitive koilocytes, call it condyloma. If you are not sure about koilocytes, call this squamous papilloma. Most squamous papillomas and seborrheic keratoses in GYN regions are caused by low risk HPV infection that can be demonstrated by PCR or FISH, but no morphologic evidence of HPV infection can be seen. Codylomas are also caused by low risk HPV infection. Low risk HPV infection does not cause cancer. In essence, location excision of this lesion is enough for treatment.
