  平滑肌细胞空泡变性 is the most characteristic change for acute drug toxicity. Photo 5 shows interstitial mononuclear cell infiltration and probably mild tubulitis (t1). Whether they represent  acute T-cell-mediated rejection is not clear. They may be part of acute drug toxicity. The diffuse tubular dilatation is suggestive of acute tubular injury, most likely secondary to acute drug toxicity.
