I could not see any good mitotic figure in the Figures uploaded. There are certainly atypical and pleomorphic neoplastic glial cells that could represent an anaplastic astrocytoma, but I would like to see a few mitoses at least. Since many cells have plump eosinophilic cytoplasm and some have single prominent nucleoli, one caution I would make is to be certain this is not a subependymal giant cell astrocytoma associated with ventricular wall. A review of the pre-surgical MRI images would clarify this.
