quality of the photos is not good.
Tumor shows the growth diffuse, tumor nests or cluster patterns; round and uniform tumor cells with central located nuclei, abundant eosinophilic or clear cytoplasm. My impression about the tumor is steroid cell tumor. Differential dx includes thecoma.
Generally immunostains are no need. If you are not sure, you can try calretinin and inhibin. Almost all steroid cell tumors should strongly and diffusely positive for both stains. Thecoma or lutinized fibroma can be positive for calretinin and inhibin, but generally they will not show so strong and diffuse positivity as steroid cell tumors.
