大小。＞10mm细支气管肺泡癌，＜5mm腺瘤样增生。5—10mm看肺泡间隔是否增宽，炎细胞浸润。

This is not an easy question to answer, because the two may conexist and be multifocal. In addition to the size of the lesion, one has to take into account the degree of nuclear atypia before deciding whether the lesion is just an atypical adenomatous hyperplasia or a small bronchioloalveolar carcinoma.

学习马老师的观点并试译：这不是一个容易回答的问题，因为这二者可以合存在并且是可以多病灶发生的。除病变的大小之外，在诊断病变是不典型腺瘤样增生还是一个小的细支气管肺泡癌之前，一个必须要考虑的问题是细胞核的不典型性的程度。
