It is very important to know the age of the woman and, if known, any information on her menstruation and previous history. Some of the cells shown in photos are atypical, but their significance and nature is difficult to assess based on these photos alone. They may represent atrophic cells in a postmenopausal woman, or high grade dysplastic cells in a young woman with history of cervical epithelial dysplasia. The tight cluster in photo #3 may be endometrial in origin. I would have to examine the slide under microscope and learn more about the patient before making an interpretation.

Totally agree with Dr. Ma!
At least ASC-H, sugest colposcopy and biopsy. With real slide and more similar atypical cells, i may be able to push to HSIL..
3rd photo, left group is endometrial cells. Report in women older than 40 years old, ignore in younger women. But never ignore any atypical endometrial cells in any age group.

完全同意马博士意见。
至少ASC-H，建议阴道镜和活检。如果现实涂片中有更多类似的非典型细胞，我就直接叫HSIL。
第3图，左边细胞群是内膜细胞。大于40岁的女性需要报告；如果小于40岁可以不报告。但是在任何年龄段非典型子宫内膜细胞（AEM）都需要报告。
