Most of the cell clusters shown in the photos are endocervical cells. There is no dysplasia or other abnormalities. 

 这个病例没有看到异常细胞；但是这么大年龄了，细胞为什么这么成熟呢？这需要结合临床情况：是否有用激素、食用保健品或其他食物等等情况。

 Most cells shown here are normal endocervical glandular cells.  Older age doesn't affect "maturity" of endocervical cells, it affects squamous cells. Not much well preserved squamous cells to speak of here.

 If all the fields contain as few squamous cells as here, the interpretation i would render is: unsatisfactory for evaluation due to insufficient number of squamous cells. A satisfactory pap smear requires certain number of SQUAMOUS CELLS present on slide.  Endocervical cells don't count.

 补充：患者无其他症状。临床说分泌物有异味，B超无异常。本片还看见一些类似印戒的细胞。

 NILM

感觉最大的问题是细胞退变严重，片子质量存在严重问题。
