Most cells shown here are normal endocervical glandular cells. Older age doesn't affect "maturity" of endocervical cells, it affects squamous cells. Not much well preserved squamous cells to speak of here.

If all the fields contain as few squamous cells as here, the interpretation i would render is: unsatisfactory for evaluation due to insufficient number of squamous cells. A satisfactory pap smear requires certain number of SQUAMOUS CELLS present on slide. Endocervical cells don't count.
