所有人都认为这是粒层细胞肿瘤。可能是。 但是后四副图（高倍）有一些管状或腺体结构，诊断时要考虑到卵巢的支持细胞肿瘤。没有好的免疫标记鉴别粒层细胞肿瘤和支持细胞肿瘤。需要仔细阅读切片做出最后诊断。

All people agree this is granulosa cell tumor. Maybe it is. However the last four photos (high power) show some tubular or glandular structures. The diagnosis of Sertoli cell tumor of the ovary should also be considered. No good immuno markers to distinguish granulosa cell tumor from sertoli cell tumor. Need to read the true slides carefully to make the final dx. |
