I am even not sure these cells are abnormal squamous cells. Some cells i cannot see well. But in 50 years old woman, some basal/parabasal cells have high N/C ratio and mimic HSIL. Also be aware of possible endometrial cells. There is a bloody background. Was she in menstrual phase?
Trichomonas can make pseudohalos (trich halo) whick mimic LSIL, but usually don't cause high N/C ratio to confuse with HSIL. Trichomonas usually have an inflammatory background.
