Encapsulated (intracystic) papillary ca.
Nodule of papillary ca with low or intermediate nuclei-grade is surrounded by think fibrous capsule. Myoepithelial cells are absent both within and surrounding the papillary nodule.
It is a variant of DCIS with a good prognosis.
