There is microglandular hyperplasia or endocervical mucosa, and I am not convinced that glandular epithelial dysplasia is present. That said, well differentiated endocervical adenocarcinoma (in situ and invasive) can be very suble and mimic microglandular hyperplasia with background inflammation. Therefore, careful examination of these glands for evidence of dysplasia is essential.
