• Although I do not see any frank stromal invasion. I worry about the luminal necrosis in Fig.5.
• For frozen section report, I would phrase as something like: Atypical adenomatous hyperplasia with focal necrosis, defer to permanent sections (submit the entire polypoid mass)
• There is a sampling issue here - I know gallbladder carcinoma can be very tricky.
