The NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology™ – the recognized standard for clinical policy in oncology – are the most comprehensive and most frequently updated clinical practice guidelines available in any area of medicine.In the USA, it is called as standard cancer patient care.It mentions clearly the wook up, treatment plan, and staging for almost all cancers. It is free to registrate. You can keep this web and search some cancer clinical guideline if you need in your work. As pathologists we should know some basic priniciple for treatment.I feel it is very useful.

I assume that we have our own guideline in China. Anyway you can use it as reference.
