I have not seen 脂蛋白肾病 or 巨球蛋白肾病 in my practice. But I had one case of 冷凝蛋白肾病 (cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis). The special stains are quite different from those of Dr. Geng's case, especially PAS stain. The following is the PAS stain for cryoglobulinemic glomerular thrombi.

I agree with Dr.Tata's diagnosis. The thrombi in the distended glomerular capillaries are most likely the lipoprotein thrombi given the light PAS positivity in a patient with nephrotic syndrome. I would also like to see the EM photos of this case.  If it is lipoprotein glomerulopathy, Dr. Geng is the lucky man to have chance to see such rare kidney disease.

我曾经遇到一例会诊的冷球蛋白血症肾病，免疫荧光出现满堂亮，光镜似膜增生性改变，毛细血管内有微血栓 形成。下面是这个病例的几张照片。

 图片很漂亮，收藏了。此例HBV感染，可能没影响到肾脏。
